I’m a qualified life coach, NLP Practitioner and forest therapist, providing a space to slow down, tune in and take grounded steps toward a life you love.
Through my own experience of neurodivergence, burnout, and reinvention, I’ve learned that meaningful change doesn’t have to be loud or fast. It can be gentle, intuitive, and rooted in the cycles of the natural world.
I’m someone who’s always been guided by curiosity — a hunger to explore, learn, and discover what’s possible. That spirit has led me through a rich, varied life: from teaching and travelling to coaching and creating soulful spaces for others.
Over time, I’ve come to recognise the values that consistently shape my path:

Clarity, to make sense of life’s patterns and gently untangle what feels stuck.

What began as grief and disorientation became a journey into reconnection — with nature, creativity, and my true self.Now, I support others navigating change— whether you’re leaving a career, rediscovering your identity, or simply longing for a life that feels more you.
